Our rifle range is located at the bottom of Devil's den road, just across the bridge and to the right.  A key is required to open the entrance gate.

NO GUESTS - Members are NOT permitted to bring a guest onto club property for any reason, with the exception of the immediate family accompanied at all times by regular members (as defined in the club bylaw and rule book).  Immediate family includes wives, girlfriends, daughters, sons under the age of 12, grandchildren, or elderly under your immediate care. Sons or grandsons, 12 years of age and older, are required to become a junior member.  Every member is supplied with a copy of the club bylaw and rule book, so ignorance of club policy is no excuse for violations!

Junior members between the ages of 12 and 15 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an adult member while using the shooting range and are not permitted to bring guests onto club property for any reason.

Rules for the use of the range are as follows:

  • Shooting must be directed at the erected back stops using paper targets only. No glass is permitted on the range, and objects are not permitted to be brought on the range and placed on top of the back stops or on the grounds.
  • The use of drugs or alcohol while using the range is strictly prohibited.
  • Carry everything off the range that you carried on to it, including the paper targets affixed to the back stops.
  • Place all garbage and papers in the refuge drums, or take it with you when you leave.
  • The range is open from 8:00 AM until sunset. No night shooting or camping is permitted on the range.
  • All firearms are to be unloaded unless they are being shot at that time. No loaded guns lying about on the benches or leaning against the benches.
  • Gun safety is to be observed at all times. When loading or unloading, muzzles are to be pointed toward the range and NOT the roof of the building.
  • Shots must be directed at the backstops. Do not fire into the woods or trees ever!!!
  • Ear and eye protection is highly recommended.

Range is closed during 2 weeks of PA deer season
